As soon as we receive payment your goods will be processed and shipped.

The shipping costs are 5€. Shipping is free for orders over 60€. Delivery is only within Germany.

Delivery time with DHL is usually 1-3 working days.

Delivery time with Hermes is usually 2-4 working days.

Unfortunately, a subsequent change/cancellation of the order is not possible.

Returns/exchanges are only possible for Abayas. Refunds will be issued in the form of a voucher, minus return costs.

Returns and delivery costs for exchanges are borne by the customer (even if a code for free shipping was redeemed or the order value was over 60€)

Within 5 days after delivery of the goods, write notification of return/exchange to: info@cesaya-hijab.de

We will inform you about the further process. Do not return the goods without confirmation from us!

Bank transfer/prepayment (currently not available)

For bank transfer/prepayment: After completing the order you will receive our
Account details. The customer is obliged to pay the agreed purchase price. Please pay the amount within 6 working days from the
Order date. For further information please refer to the terms and conditions.

Orders are always shipped after receipt of payment.

Hijabs&Abayas

Hand wash recommended: For particularly gentle cleaning.

Machine wash: possible at maximum 30 degrees.

Ironing: Medium heat.

No dryer: The use of a dryer is not recommended.

Diamond Hijabs: Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry.

Soft/Voile silk Hijabs: Hand wash only. Do not tumble dry. These Hijabs are often delicate and can lose their shape if not handled with care.

-Do not rub or wring too hard-better to gently press out excess water

-Use lukewarm water-hot water can weaken the fibers

Let it dry flat-ideally spread it out on a towel to prevant distortion

-If necessary, iron lightly-use a low temperature and place a cloth in between

Color separation: Make sure to carefully separate colors, whether hand-washing or machine-washing.

Please note that we cannot provide a guarantee as we are unable to determine how the items were washed.
